Our quality system
Incoming Quality Control (IQC):Verify suppliers' certificates of conformity and material reports for aluminum profiles, hardware accessories, sealing strips, glass and other raw materials. Inspect the appearance of materials for defects such as scratches and deformities, and test key performance indicators to ensure they meet relevant standards.
In-Process Quality Control (IPQC):Confirm that each component processing complies with process requirements and drawing specifications. Monitor key processes including frame and sash cutting, hole and groove milling, corner assembling, hardware installation and glass assembly. Check the accuracy of cutting dimensions and angles, the position and size of milled holes/grooves, the sealing effect of corner glue injection, the firmness of hardware installation and the positioning of glass.
Final Quality Control (FQC):Conduct comprehensive inspections on finished doors and windows, including appearance checks for no scratches or blemishes, measurements of overall dimensions and assembly gaps, tests of sealing performance (airtightness and watertightness), inspections of opening and closing functions, verification of the consistency of lock hole heights, and checks on the levelness and verticality of glass dividers (with errors within 2mm).
Continuous Improvement:Continuously optimize production processes and quality standards through analysis of processing data and quality inspection results. Adjust parameters such as cutting equipment calibration and corner assembly glue application to improve processing accuracy and product stability.
Outgoing Quality Control (OQC):Review FQC inspection records and conduct random sampling re-inspections of finished products. Check the completeness of product packaging, the effectiveness of protective measures to prevent damage during transportation, and verify that product labels, quality certificates and other documents are complete and consistent.
Quality Assurance/Corrective Action (QA/CA):Collect customer usage feedback and analyze after-sales issues such as water leakage and opening/closing failures. Identify root causes, formulate and implement corrective and preventive actions, and update inspection standards and process documents in a timely manner, such as optimizing the corner assembly glue injection process and improving the installation requirements of sealing strips.
