Hem and finish
- Before the panel is installed, check the keel position, flatness, firm nail setting, moisture-proof structure requirements, etc., and install it after passing the test.
- After the panel is equipped, the panel size, joint, and joint structure are completely suitable, and the appearance and feeling of the direction and color of the wood grain can be formally installed.
- The joint of the panel should be coated with glue and nailed firmly with the keel, the nail size of the fixed panel should be appropriate, the nail length should be about 2 to 2.5 times the thickness of the panel, and the nail distance is generally 100mm, the nail cap should be smashed flat, and the wood grain direction of the nail cap should be driven into the panel 1 to 2mm.
