Installation Parameters(multifunctional tiles)

Length: 6.3meters; less than 6.3meters can be customized. The front and back lap is about 20-30cm (there must be stringers under the lap position, and the tiles are locked with self tapping screws).
Width: 1.04 meters, 0.95 meters with the left and right overlapping.
Thickness: conventional 3.5mm Weight: 7kg/sqm.
3.0mm Weight: 6kg/sgm (suitable for walls).
4.0-5.0mm or more can be customized.
Tile ridge: 3 meters in length/pcs Lap joints are about 30cm.

Installation Method of The Product-Gold Character Shaped

Step 1: The tiles on the left and right sides of the highest point of the roof should be closely attached.

Step 2: It is recommended to seal the gap after tightening with waterproof tape or foam adhesive.

Step 3: Cover the top tile.

Stringer installation:

Strings generally use C-beam or angle bar, requiring stringers to be installed smoothly without any deformation, stringers must be kept parallel, and the spacing between them should be 800mm as the standard.

 

Self-tapping screws installation and use:

At No. 1, 3, 5 wave peaks of the 5th wave of tiles, after the self-tapping screws are provided with the waterproof caps, the tiles shall be fixed on the stringers in proper order, and the self-tapping screws shall not be excessively tightened or loosened to avoid that they are cracked due to the stress arising from heat expansion and cold contraction.

 

Laying sequence of the tiles:

The laying of tiles should be the opposite of the prevailing local perennial wind direction, that is, the exposed side of the tiles shall be back to the dominant wind direction. The H-shaped lapping laying sequence shall be used on the roof.
