Turn the adjusting rod to open the blades, and the blades should maintain a good levelness, that is, the spacing between the blades should be uniform, and the blades should be kept straight without bending up and down. When the blades are closed, the blades should match each other, and there should be no gaps for light leakage.
Check deformation resistance
After the blade is opened, the blade can be pressed down by hand to make the force-bearing blade bend down, and then let go quickly. If each blade returns to the horizontal state immediately, and there is no bending phenomenon, it indicates that the quality is qualified.
Test the automatic locking function
When the blades are all closed, pull the cable to roll up the blades. At this time, pull the cable to the right, the blade should be automatically locked, keep the corresponding rolled state, neither continue to roll up, nor loose and slide down. Otherwise, there is a problem with the locking function.
