Aluminum Profile Processing Flow
Key points for each process in aluminum profile processing:
(1) Order Receiving
- After receiving the processing order, it should be carefully reviewed. Once approved, it must be completed within the specified date, ensuring quality and quantity. If any problems are found with the order, the production department should be notified immediately. Processing can only continue after proper handling.
- The statistics, material calculation, and matching of processing orders must be coordinated with the materials department, and the required materials must be planned in advance.

(2) Material Requisition
- After careful verification, if everything is correct, proceed to the Materials Department to complete the material requisition procedures according to specifications, model, quantity, and color requirements.
- Without completing the material requisition procedures and without permission from the Materials Department, no one may take materials from the warehouse without authorization.
- When handling raw materials, a gradual top-to-bottom approach must be followed to avoid material confusion and scratches on the aluminum decorative surface.
(3) Cutting
- Before using the machine, check it. First, open the drain valve of the air compressor to drain the water. Then, turn on the power switch and the machine switch, allowing the machine to idle for a period. If no abnormalities are observed, it is ready for cutting.
- When cutting, take care to protect the aluminum decorative surface. Protective film should be applied promptly to prevent it from peeling off and being carried into the next process.
- The dimensional error of aluminum cutting should not exceed 1mm.
- The cut semi-finished products should be stacked neatly on a special tool cart, clearly labeled with the required site, specifications, and quantity for the next process.
- Pay attention to maintenance of the cutting machine. The saw blade must be oiled frequently during use.
- The worktable must be kept clean to prevent aluminum shavings from rubbing against the aluminum material and causing scratches.
(4) Aluminum Material Hole Processing
- Before using the machine, check whether it is operating normally. Connect the power switch and let the machine idle to ensure there are no problems before starting the next step.
- When installing the mold, it must be installed by professional personnel. After installation, check whether the mold is compatible before proceeding.
- Before hole processing, verify that there are no issues before starting work on the aluminum material.
- After hole processing, the holes in the aluminum material must be flat and smooth.
- The finished products should be stacked neatly on a special cart, and the surrounding area must be kept clean.
- After completing the above procedures, turn off the power switch.
(5) Packaging and Plasticizing
- Before plasticizing the aluminum material, check if the plasticizing machine is functioning properly. If it is, turn on the power switch to connect the power supply, start the fan and conveyor belt, and wait until the temperature reaches approximately 180°C before plasticizing.
- Before packaging and plasticizing, the surface should be thoroughly cleaned. The heat shrink film should extend 80mm–100mm beyond each end of the aluminum material, but not excessively, to avoid waste.
- Summary of the glass curtain wall processing flow after lamination: After the finished product is glued, the glass must be stacked at an angle of 10°–20° to the ground. The number of glass pieces stacked should not exceed eight. The surface must be kept smooth to avoid wrinkles and cracks.
- After lamination, first turn off the heating temperature switch of the laminating machine. The power should only be turned off when the temperature drops to room temperature. It is strictly forbidden to turn off the power switch before the temperature has dropped, as this could burn out the laminating machine's resistance wire.
(6)Quality Inspection
- The quality inspector checks whether the semi-finished products are processed according to requirements. If any substandard products are found, rework should be carried out unconditionally.
- For quality defects caused by human error, the quality manual clauses must be followed.
(7) Finished Product Warehousing
- Before warehousing the finished products, provide the work order number, quantity, specifications, model, and required construction site to the warehouse manager to assist in proper warehousing.
- Finished products after warehousing must be stacked neatly, with consistent specifications and models to avoid confusion among different finished products.
Aluminum Profile Assembly Process
Key points for each process in aluminum profile assembly:
(1) Order Receiving
- After receiving the processing order from the aluminum profile cutting department, carefully review the order. If any assembly problems are found, report them to the production department immediately for appropriate solutions.
- Confirm that the production order is correct, then go to the aluminum profile cutting department to collect the materials.
(2)Material Requisition
- Go to the warehouse to find the required material specifications and quantity according to the order.
- Check the quantity and dimensions of the materials for accuracy. If any materials are incorrect, missing, or unavailable, immediately notify the aluminum profile cutting team to investigate and report to the production department for appropriate handling.
- When handling materials, take care to protect the decorative surface.
(3) Applying Adhesive Strips to Aluminum Profiles
- After receiving the materials according to the order, collect the adhesive strips from the warehouse. When collecting the strips, distinguish between inner and outer parts to ensure proper process.
- After inserting the aluminum profile, leave approximately 5mm of adhesive strip at both ends to prevent shrinkage after cutting.
- When cutting the adhesive strip, ensure it is aligned with the aluminum profile surface and that the cut surface is consistent.
- Stack the aluminum profiles neatly in a dedicated tool cart. Check for any peeling of the protective film and replenish it promptly to protect the decorative surface.
(4) Installing Corner Brackets
- Obtain all necessary tools and materials and prepare for work.
- When installing corner brackets, follow the instructions or processing task sheet.
- Ensure that two screws are installed where required, and one screw where applicable, to avoid material waste and maintain product quality.
- The installed corner brackets must be straight and standardized.
(5) Profile Assembly
- Prepare for work and obtain all necessary tools and materials.
- Check the materials against the production processing task sheet to ensure the material type and dimensions are correct before assembly.
- When assembling various aluminum products, pay attention to the joints of the aluminum materials. They must be flat, aligned, tight, and secure.
- When installing support blocks, the dimensions at both ends must be consistent.
