01 Composition of mohair

02 Type of sealing mohair

With the progress of technology, the evolution of top in addition to material, product diversification, from the "technology", the market is roughly divided into three grades of products:

· No silicified mohair,which is the lowest grade. Its disadvantage is that its service life is not long and its weather resistance is poor, which leads to its easy hair loss after two or three years of use, which will reduce the sealing effect of doors and Windows

· silicified mohair, that is, after silicone oil treatment, is now the mainstream. Its durability has advanced by leaps and bounds (about ten years), and the fluff is not easy to absorb water, so that the sealing of the sliding door window in rainy days is greatly improved;

· Silicified clip mohair, on the basis of silicification, there is also a "plastic sheet" in the middle of the top, the highest grade. The plastic sheet enhances the vertical effect of the pile, and overcomes the problem of insufficient gap of the woven fabric pile, better improves the sealing performance, and the seam blocking ability is more outstanding.

03 Important factors affecting the sealing performance of the mohair

1. Number of mohair. The upper and lower tracks of each window sash should have 2 inside and outside strips, the side sides of the window sash and the window frame should have 2 inside and outside strips, and the side sides between the window sash and the window sash should have 1/2 strips;

Assembly situation. Then it is necessary to cut and fit many pieces: the top is basically artificial, and if the production is less than one piece, it will affect the sealing. The quality.
