A must-see on the enclosed balcony! Door and window design guide is released, hurry up and collect it
As people pursue quality of life, more and more families choose to seal their balconies and windows to increase indoor space and improve living comfort. In addition, if you have children, pets, or a family planning to live in the future, it is safer to seal the balcony; if you live on the side of the road, it is recommended to seal the balcony to reduce noise and pollution.
Reasonable door and window design is the beginning of a happy home life, so how to design balcony doors and windows that are both beautiful and meet architectural requirements and functions? The following guide is worth collecting!

1
Door and window partitioning and positioning
From the perspective of architectural aesthetics, the divisions of door and window facades must conform to aesthetic characteristics. When designing divisions, the following factors must be considered:
1. Coordination of grid proportions. For a single glass plate, the aspect ratio should be as close to the golden ratio as possible. It should not be designed into a square or a narrow rectangle with an aspect ratio of more than 1:2. The height is generally 1/4~1/5 of the frame height and should not be too large. Or too small.
2. Keep the level consistent. The heights of doors and windows on the same floor must be kept horizontally uniform. When drawing the door and window lattice diagram, the horizontal elevation of the doors and windows should be marked.
3. Consider the building facade effect. When designing door and window facades, the overall effect requirements of the building should be considered, such as the contrast between virtual and real buildings, light and shadow effects, symmetry, etc. Especially some communities have implicit requirements for balcony sealing specifications. You must confirm before sealing the balcony and then customize the doors and windows!

2
Reasonable design of opening quantity
The number of windows needs to be based on the specific ventilation requirements. 1 to 2 windows are enough for a bedroom, and about 2 to 3 for a larger balcony. If your home has fresh air and you want a large glass view, you can open fewer windows. For windows with corners, one window is usually opened for easy cleaning in the future.

3
Pay attention to the opening direction of doors and windows
The design of opening doors and windows should fully consider the layout of the room structure and furniture around the opening position, and should open to one side of the wall. Whether it scratches objects in the room during the opening process, and whether it causes inconvenience to people's activities after opening. The opening fan should correspond to the door to ensure smooth ventilation. For casement and sliding windows, full consideration should be given to the design of the opening sash left and right. For sliding windows, the normally open sash should be designed with indoor slides.
