Notes on acceptance of doors and windows
1. Pay attention to details in acceptance of aluminum alloy doors and windows
1.1 Installed aluminum alloy doors and windows should be closed tightly with uniform gaps; the parallelism deviation between the vertical edges of the door and window sash and the frame or the adjacent sash should not exceed 2 mm. The opening should be flexible and easy to use.
1.2 Sliding doors and windows, check whether the upper and lower slides are installed flat, and be careful not to have bumps. Gently push the doors and windows, and they should slide freely.
1.3 The vertical and horizontal frames of the balcony aluminum alloy windows must be firmly fixed to the balcony guardrail and the top of the balcony. They are generally fixed in the concrete with nails or rivets, and the painted angle steel should be used for reinforcement when fixed.
1.4 The gaps between the upper and lower slides and the top guardrail should be filled with cement mortar to prevent rainwater from pouring into the room.
1.5 The wall thickness of the aluminum alloy window profile should not be less than 1.2 mm, and the wall thickness of the door profile should not be less than 2 mm. The thickness of the connection between the aluminum alloy door and window frame and the wall should not be less than 1.5 mm.
2. Check the appearance of doors and windows
2.1 The doors and windows are smooth to push and pull, with a smooth surface, no serious scratches, deformation of profiles, and color difference.
2.2 The hardware accessories are complete, correctly positioned, and firmly installed, and the latches are flexible to open and close.
2.3 Sealing quality, when the doors and windows are closed, there is no obvious gap between the sash and the frame, and between the sashes, and the sealing strips are not loose, not falling off, and not exposed.
2.4 The door and window frames and sashes are vertical, not bent, and the edges are neat.
2.5 The glass is not polluted or damaged, the double glass interlayer is free of dust and moisture, and the separators are uniform.
2.6 Whether the drainage holes are opened, if not opened, the accumulated water will flow into the profiles.

3. Check the use of doors and windows
3.1 Check the opening and use of doors and windows, including whether the doors and windows are opened and closed smoothly and whether there is abnormal shaking after the doors and windows are locked.
3.2 Close the doors and windows to check the airtightness and watertightness test.
3.3 Close the doors and windows, and check whether the door and window sashes and frames fit together accurately.
