Specifications of aluminum profiles for doors and windows

There are no national or non-standard aluminum profiles for doors and windows, but the country has special industry specifications for construction aluminum profiles, which mainly set requirements for the thickness and material of the profiles. The products produced by each aluminum alloy profile manufacturer are the same, but there are differences in the specific structure. But the more general series, such as GB 50, 868, and 90, are the same.

The 80 series and 60 series refer to the width of the aluminum alloy profile frame being 80 mm and 60 mm respectively. According to the processing technology after profile extrusion, it can be divided into oxidation, electrophoresis, electrostatic powder spraying, fluorocarbon spraying, and wood grain transfer, which means that the coating methods are different. Currently, 85% of the products consumed on the market are electrostatic powder sprayed profiles, namely colored aluminum profiles.

Classification of aluminum alloy doors and windows: Aluminum alloy doors and windows mainly include sliding aluminum alloy doors, sliding aluminum alloy windows, casement aluminum alloy doors, casement aluminum alloy windows, and aluminum alloy floor spring doors. All have national building standard design drawings. Each type of doors and windows is divided into basic doors and windows and combination doors and windows. Basic doors and windows are composed of frames, fans, glass, hardware accessories, sealing materials, etc. Combination doors and windows are composed of two or more basic doors and windows combined with splicing materials to form other forms of windows or connected windows. Each type of door and window is divided into several series according to the thickness and structural dimensions of the door and window frame. For example, a sliding aluminum alloy door with a door frame thickness and structural dimension of 90mm is called a 90 series sliding aluminum alloy door.

There are two types of sliding aluminum alloy doors, 70 series and 90 series. The basic door opening heights are 2100, 2400, 2700, and 3000mm, and the basic door opening widths are 1500, 1800, 2100, 2700, 3000, 3300, and 3600mm. Sliding aluminum alloy windows include 55 series, 60 series, 70 series, 90 series, and 90-I series. The basic window opening heights are 900, 1200, 1400, 1500, 1800, and 2100mm; the basic window opening widths are 1200, 1500, 1800, 2100, 2400, 2700, and 3000mm. There are 50 series, 55 series, and 70 series of swing aluminum alloy doors. The basic door opening heights are 2100, 2400, and 2700mm, and the basic door opening widths are 800, 900, 1200, 1500, and 1800mm.

Casement aluminum alloy windows include 40 series, 50 series, and 70 series. The basic window opening heights are 600, 900, 1200, 1400, 1500, 1800, and 2100mm; the basic window opening widths are 600, 900, 1200, 1500, 1800, and 2100mm. Aluminum alloy floor spring doors are available in 70 series and 100 series. The basic door opening heights are 2100, 2400, 2700, 3000, and 3300mm, and the basic door opening widths are 900, 1000, 1500, 1800, 2400, 3000, 3300, and 3600mm. The colors of the anodized film on the surface of aluminum alloy profiles include silver white and bronze. Glass varieties can include ordinary flat glass, float glass, laminated glass, tempered glass, insulating glass, etc. Glass thickness is generally 5mm or 6mm.

Surface quality requirements for aluminum alloy doors and windows:

1. There should be no obvious scratches, scratches, bumps and other defects on the surface of doors and windows.

2. There should be no obvious color difference on the colored surfaces of adjacent rods of doors and windows.

3. There should be no aluminum chips, burrs, oil spots, or other stains on the surface of doors and windows, and there should be no spilled adhesive at the assembly joints.
