Method A:
It is to fix the coated glass in the inlaid groove of the aluminum alloy profile at the top and bottom, form a gap groove between the glass and the vertical bar surface, and then fill the gap groove with structural adhesive on site to form a vertical structural adhesive glass assembly system. Generally, it is limited to buildings with no installation gap between the building and the aluminum alloy frame system, and should not be used unless absolutely necessary.
Method B,
The glass is pasted on the glass frame with installation grooves on the two vertical sides, and the vertical side of the glass frame is fixed on the vertical pole of the aluminum alloy frame system with a fixing piece; The upper and lower horizontal edges of the glass are fixed in the inlaid groove of the groove beam of the aluminum alloy frame. The bonding between the glass and the vertical edge of the glass frame is processed in the special workshop in the factory and then transported to the site for installation. The bonding quality is guaranteed.
Horizontal and vertical invisible
Method A:
Namely, a pressing plate is added to the horizontal or vertical edge of the full hidden frame glass curtain wall to form a semi hidden frame curtain wall with horizontal or vertical edges. This pressing plate is not only a horizontal or vertical decorative line, but also a second fixation of the glass.
Method B,
The structural glazing method is adopted. The method is to bond the glass to the glass frame with installation grooves on the upper and lower sides. The upper frame of the glass frame is supported on the beam of the aluminum alloy frame system. The lower frame is fixed on the lower beam with a fixing piece, while the vertical edge is fixed on the lower beam with a pressing plate, while the vertical edge is fixed in the glass slot of the vertical bar with a pressing plate, forming a long strip of glass separated from top to bottom by the vertical bar pressing plate.
