Processing Ways:
1. Baking paint process: 3 layers of primer, one layer of topcoat, and finally dried at high temperature. Compared with ordinary spray paint, the surface is smoother, without texture, without orange peel phenomenon, and it is not easy to fall off.
2. Electroplating process: vacuum plating is adopted, the adhesion of the coating is stronger, and the electroplating layer is thicker.
Material:
1. Ultra-white explosion-proof glass, laminated explosion-proof glass, 3D printing laminated glass: The iron content of glass is about 1/10 of that of ordinary glass, the light transmittance is more than 91.5%, UV-resistant, low temperature resistance -192°C, high temperature resistance 260°C. 5x5cm area, about 70 grains after crushing, 45 grains higher than the industry standard
2. Adhesive strip and magnetic strip: Use PP material (commonly PE material) and add anti-oxidation material PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), not easy to yellow and age.
3. Explosion-proof membrane: Diamond antibacterial explosion-proof membrane, hardness up to 4H.
4. 304 stainless steel: The chromium content is more than 18%, and the nickel content is more than 8%, which is not easy to rust and corrosion-resistant.
